Tiny Starz is a 45 minute class for children ages 18 months to 3 years of age and parent/caregiver. This class is designed to be fast paced and challenging. The children will learn basic gymnastics skills as well as developing coordination, flexibiblity, strength, and social skills.

Shining Starz is a 45 minute class for children 3 years of age. This class is designed to be fast paced and challenging. The children will learn basic gymnastics skills as well as develop coordination, flexibiblity, and strength. They should have a basic understanding of how to follow directions in order to join this class. This is not a parent assissted class.

Big Starz is a 45 minute class. This program is for beginners and has two different age groups. Children ages 4 to 5 are grouped together and children ages 5 to 8 (school age) are grouped together. They will learn basic skills on vault, floor, bars, beam, and tramploine. Some basic floor skills that they will learn are backwards and forward rolls, carthwheels, bridges, and handstands. They will learn to interact with their peers, learn to take turns, and develop listening skills.
