Big Starz is a 45 minute class designed for beginners. The children in this class are school age 5 to 9 year olds. They will learn basic skills on vault, floor, bars, and beam. Some basic floor skills that they will learn are backwards and forward rolls, carthwheels, bridge kick overs, and handstands.
